Inventories
For outgoing
tenants the preparation
of a new inventory
of all the tenant
owned fixtures
and fittings.
Reconciliation of this inventory against your previous ingoing
valuation (if relevant), and checking against purchase invoices.
This inventory is then submitted to you the outgoer and to
the landlords for approval. Once a new tenant has been appointed
the draft inventory is provided to his valuer following which
the value is negotiated with the valuer prior to changeover
day.
